I, _________________________________, understand that music lessons are an ongoing weekly activity and must be a commitment made by me/my child based on interest and a passion to learn the instrument of choice.  I also agree to pay for lessons on a monthly basis (usually 4).

If you/your child is taking ½ Hr. lessons, this amount will be $200 per month ($50 each lesson).  If you/your child is taking 45 min. lessons, this amount will be $300 per month ($75 each lesson). If you/your child is taking 1 Hr. lessons, this amount will be $400 per month ($100 each lesson).  *Note: Lessons are charged based on 4 weeks per month; however, in some instances, there will be 5 weeks in which case the teacher may choose to take one of them off or save it for future vacations.

*Important — Tennessee understands that families must also go on vacation or have unavoidable events to attend.  If you give notice before the next billing period that you/your child will be canceling a lesson, then your bill will be adjusted accordingly.   Otherwise, the studio cancellation policy applies. 

There must be a 24 Hr. cancellation notice.  Make-up lessons must be made within the same billing period provided that schedules match — special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 

If, for some reason, lessons must be cancelled altogether, there must be a 30 day notice.

If you would like to invest in a package deal - payment will be $360 for ½ Hr. lessons [$45 each], $540 for 45 min. lessons [$67.50 each}, $720 for 1 Hr. lessons [$90 each]  (payments occur every 2 months on the 1st day of the Month).

*NOTE: Students Ages 5 - 8 get 1/2 Hr. Lessons

Recommended: Students Ages 9 and older get either 45 Minute or 1 Hour Lessons,

but can accommodate 30 minute lessons if appropriate.

*Tennessee maintains the right to change the studio policy whenever she sees fit, but will always ask parents/students to sign a new contract in the event that it does change.
